Murder

On October 29, 1997, a body was found at Allen’s Bridge near Fork, SC. The body had recently been burned. During an autopsy, it was determined that the victim had been shot to death and then set on fire. It is thought that victim could have been shot elsewhere and then dumped at Allen’s Bridge. During the course of the investigation, the victim was identified as Petron Vandroff, from Mullins, SC.

Last seen on August 14th, 1999 in the Floydale Community. His white Dodge truck was found in an area off Pee Dee Church Rd with the keys still in it. Last seen wearing blue jeans and a striped burgundy shirt.
